We offer childbirth education, baby care, breastfeeding, massage, exercise and parenting classes for couples and single parents. Our instructors provide the most up-to-date, practical, research-based information. Here is a brief list of our classes. Classes
Classes for medicated and unmedicated births and for refresher couples taught by certified instructors. Each class gives you and your partner the information, tools and techniques you need to successfully cope with labor and delivery.
Breastfeeding You and your partner learn and practice the latest breastfeeding techniques from certified lactation consultants.
Baby Care Newborn appearance, diaper changing, bathing, dressing and when to call the doctor are just the beginning of this class that prepares you and your partner to care for your baby.
Pregnancy Massage You and your partner learn relaxing techniques for childbirth and beyond.
Prenatal Exercise Prenatal Yoga and Strength Training classes reduce the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare you for the physical demands of labor and delivery.
Parenting Learn productive, practical, pro-active ways to cope with the daily challenges of parenting and develop your own parenting philosophy to make parenting easier.
